…a leadership and business coach (Bachelor of Science in Psychology; M.B.A.) with over 20 years of experience working with large and small organizations, helping them with leadership challenges, operational management, and employee/customer engagement. He is a speaker and author covering topics including the customer experience, leadership, team development, and personal development. He works with companies and individuals helping them grow as leaders and understand themselves better.
His life’s work is to help people think differently, lead courageously, and live passionately. He does this through his own leadership and business coaching company and on staff part-time at River Oaks Community Church in Goshen, IN.
With four boys, he and his wife of nearly 20 years, have a prayer, drive, and focus to raise their boys into Godly men.
This drive in his personal and professional life comes from his personal mission statement: To have Kingdom impact on his family, friends, and community by thinking differently, leading courageously, and living passionately.
This book is his greatest passion.
